Dear Team,
I hope everyone is doing Fine !
I am working as an HR with an IT Start up company. I need your guidance in drafting an email mentioning that on coming Monday (i.e,28th Oct) we are having holiday but on 29th oct (Tuesday) we will be working. But keeping in view that on Tuesday is Bhaiya Dhooj, how can i circulate this circular in Office without creating a nuisance in Office. We are shifting Bhaiya Dhooj's off to Monday. This decesion was taken after discussing that on Saturday & Sunday we are having Normal company off, So For those employees who live at distance from office can take continously 3 days off, rather then coming Monday in office and missing 1 day of off with family.
Kindly suggest or help me in drafting a Circular keeping in view the above mentioned Conditions.
Awaiting for your responses.
Rgds,
Meenakshi Kiran
