Thank you Sumit for your post. It would be more useful if few words about the judgement would have been explained in this post for the knowledge of our Elite Citehrians.
It is nothing but the same old demands of the EPFO that even if two or more establishments are separate legal entities having separate registrations, for the purpose of enforcement of EPF and MP Act, all the units will be counted as one provided there is financial integrality, transfer of funds from one to another for operational purpose etc.
