I work in a newspaper establishment, but the labour laws seems to be different for journalist. I wanna know that does the Indian labour laws and state's shops and establishments act is applicable to them? My employer is an at will employer. Can he draft company policy as per labour law to journalist too? Can anyone help me to sort this out?
