Sir I work in a pharma company as in the sales department in sales team. After 1 and half year still I am on probation period, can I take PL leave in this period, as company not allow me for CL, SL leave, whenever I ask for leave they always suggest me to take LWP, not allowing me for other leaves

In normal course PL is applicable after completion of one year service and during Probation period employees will be allowed to take limited CL/SL only. Not sure whether your company come under the purview of Shops and Establishment Act or Factories Act. Your employer is bound to follow leave rules as stipulated in the statutory acts.
