Sir I work in a pharma company as in the sales department in sales team. After 1and half year still I am on probation period, can I take PL leave in this period, as company not allow me for CL, SL leave, whenever I ask for leave they always suggest me to take LWP, not allowing me for other leaves,.

Even after one and half years of continuous service, you are still a probationer means something else.
What is the duration of your probation period as per the contract of employment?
Whether it was extended officially by the employer or even after completion, simply you were not formally declared to have completed it successfully?
PL/EL being a special type of leave the accrual of which is linked to the actual number of days worked by the employee in the current year so as to avail it in the succeeding year, normally, no possibility of a probationer being eligible to claim it during his probation unless the probation period is fixed or extended beyond one year.
However, in Government services, the normal length of probation period being two years within a continuous period of three years, if a probationer takes EL which is under a formula of lesser calculation scale after the lapse of one year of service, a probationer would be granted EL. But, his probation would be extended proportionately.
