I previously worked with a company with a factory setting but now I am working in a company whose settings are construction.
They are totally different and a hindrance to best HR practices. I have had several fights with my superiors on several issues or privileges like annual/Maternity/Paternity leave, increments of wages, respecting the laws of the land.
The biggest number of workers are casual laborers and for that note, they always leave at will whenever they want. The recruitment plan is not followed. workers are recruited from sites without being inducted or even the knowledge of the HR personnel at the site.
Seeking for help on the best way to carry out HR practices for am looking at this opportunity as a means to better my self.
