This may not be a good way to look out for companies on the basis of availability of onsite opportunities, as there is a lot of uncertainty involved. With the current curbs on H1B visa approvals and restrictions on visa extensions, a number of companies have increasing their local hire recruitment on fixed term employment basis in most countries. This has brought down the pool of onsite opportunities. So, unless you have any niche skill set related to AI, ML, cloud etc in addition to the current Java skills you have, looking out for a company this way may not be the right approach.
