I have worked at a company for 3 months from where I left without serving the notice period but informed that would not come from now on(October end). 2 days later I joined an internship in another company however I did not know that I was still kept on hold at the previous company.
Now that I'm joining my third organization, the worst mistake that I could have done was to add my first experience of three months. When inquired about the salary slips from there, I came to know that I was kept on hold for a month (November)after I left . They have applied PL in the november month and have documented my date of leaving as in December.
This is now creating a problem in my new company verification as the first company has been shut down and taken over by another company and the people there are not ready to help or change the date of leaving.
tHis is creating issue to join as there is a dual employment issue that is coming.
What can be done in this case as I'm very eager to join here.
