Dear All, As we are startup company in hyderabad into the Pharma industry we have few positions vacant, and as iam very new to the role of HR, can i get any suggestions how can i fill the required positions in a best way.
The vacant positions are QA, Senior Research Associate, Freshers in Phd(Organic Chemistry)

Dear Sirisha,
1) The best way is to look out for a good placement agency which can help to fill out these profiles. You need to have a proper JD for all these roles. This will help you identify the right candidate.
2) The another option is to have in-house hiring team do the work. You will need a job portal or candidate database for sourcing and screening.
3) Else, you will have to target your competitors and companies working in similar domain. However this is an unethical HR practice of poaching candidates.
