There are many options available for the calculation breakup.
One of the strategy generally used is to keep basic max upto 40-50% of gross and rest as its component. HRA can be max upto 40-50% of basic and rest can be breakup into different allowances. You can have food allowance, washing allowance, LTA etc which help employees for tax saving; but again depend on the industry in which you operate and management decision whether to adopt these allowances.
