Dear Friends,
The draft of termination letter in case of commission of theft by employee indicates that the such employee can be terminated directly without complying with the disciplinary process.
In case if an employee is charged with some misconduct whatever it may be, he can legally be only punished after completing the disciplinary process where he is afforded with an opportunity of being heard and then termination letter language will be different.
One should not take risk of terminating the services of any such employee instantly. In case of dispute, it may backfire.
