Hi, Please follow the disciplinary process... warning /termination process...
Dear colleague,
Please send him a letter stating that he has been absconding from duty for a long after putting in barely 15 days' service and require him to report and explain reasons for unauthorized absence within 2 days from the receipt of this letter failing which his name will be stuck off from rolls.
Most likely he will not report as required so you implement the decision. Keep his dues on hold till separation is completed.
