I am having 5.5+yrs as a HR Recruiter in a small consultancy. Iam looking for a change in corporate companies now.
Also, iam feeling like i wanted to change my domain in to HR Operations / HR Generalist .Can i get an opportunity with the same 5.5 yrs to get into HR Operations / HR Generalist or do i need to start as a fresher in HR Operations / HR Generalist ?
