Dear Friends, I require your suggestion for the development of a new firm where I been joint newly in the HR department. This company has completed 4 years and require new things in the company. So, kindly suggest me what are the things can bring and changes.

You have given your requirement but "require new things in the company", is vague information. You need to tell us what kind of policies your company has, how the records are maintained. what kind of software it uses and above all how the performance of th employees is measured.
Unless you give information from your side, it will not be possible for us to say anything. Lastly, the priorities of your bosses also matter. What if we say you to do something but your bosses' perceptions are different and for them it may not be important. Therefore, the best thing for you is to ask your boss on what should be your focus or priority. After all your stay is guaranteed provided you keep your boss in good books.
