I believe relocation expenses are those which are reimburesed to us as a benefit for joining the company which are spent from our pocket. why should these be taxable? are these expenses really taxable?

Vehicle/conveyance allowance
Hi my salary slip says conveyance allowance of rs.800/ per month where as i\'m actually spending nearly 2.5k per month towards conveyance to reach office from home. i commute through my 125cc bike and my employer says i\'m not eligible to claim the petrol expenses as it was not part of my salary. is there any way i can claim this as conveyance expenses or motor vehicle expenses and reduce my tax outgo.

Dear seniors pl suggest on this case one business development guy is being sent to kenya for 6month or more.he was residing with his family in gurgaon due to this movement he has shifted his family to his home town.this guy is being provided accomodation and da in kenya. now he is asking for relocation cost of shifting his family.is he entitled for relocation amount?.in past we have given relocation amount to employees who have been permanently shifted from one location to another within india. does the above case comes under the priview of relocation claim regards hrbuff
Medical bill reimbursement form esic
Dear seniors greetings for the day i have a query regarding esic in my company one worker took treatment of dengu fever from a private hospital without referring esic in october because of his ignorance towards esi benefits and he is listed in and his medical expenses are more than his paying capacity. now we want claim his medical expenses form esi department as we are paying his contribution. is it possible to claim his expenses from esic in this case if yes than what is the complete procedure for this? thank you warm regards deepak agarwal
