I got offer letter from a company that depicts the joining CTC would be 4.50 L per annum including the development bonus of 90000 payable on the successful completion of one year. As I joined the company they gave me an appointment letter . As I have completed my one year everyone got their bonus except me. The reason is that ,the appointment letter that they have given to me, they wrote development bonus of 90000 will be payable on the successful completion of 2.5 years.
I asked them why they change on my documents even without my consent, even the CEO has no answer about this.
What should I do now?

Didnt you check your appointment order when you received it and also signed and returned it to the company.
Go and speak to the company and show them the offer letter and ask them why there is change.But equally there is failure on your part not to have notice different time frames in appointment letter and offer letter.
If they dont agree,only alternative is to quit or accept the fait accompli.
