Dear All,
I need your help in framing a SOP/Guideline for blocking/ inactivation of company mail id/punch card/offical sim card for such employee who are absenting consequently for more than 1/2 month without any information/permission.
Appericate your early response.

Once it is confirmed that employee is not reporting to duty without information, HR can send email to IT for blocking the company email id/ skype and to forward all incoming emails to other immediate Superior's email id.
HR can block the official sim card/biometric access card.
Also HR can pass an information to hold all payments to the absconded employee including salary and other benefits if any.
Security office can be informed about the absconded employee and not to allow if he try to trespass during holidays.
This can be included in your HR Manual as a Policy.
