If any employee is taking 1 days leave between declared holidays than, should I deduct basic salary for all rest 4 days.
Ex. - In coming Nov. 29th is week off, 30th commemorion day holiday, 2nd 3rd Dec is also holidays.
Should I deduct salary for all 5 days if any one take leave on 1st or I need to deduct only one day salary ?
Please guide me through your inputs.
