Can anyone help me with the Career growth Policy?

Dear Divya,
It will be difficult to create a policy on career growth for each employee. Career growth differs from one industry to another and one company to another. Therefore, what is applicable to other companies/industries, may not be applicable to you.
No company can guarantee growth of the company. What if the company itself does not grow?
Nevertheless, as a HR professional, you may help the employees in devising their career plan. Blueprint of career growth help them to grow their career.
One has to grow one's career. You as a HR can only be a facilitator. To facilitate this, you may develop the right format of the career plan and start calling the junior employees. Each employee should be very clear on which skills he/she needs to develop in the next 3-4 years. Secondly, you may conduct to built some skills but some skills need to be self-learnt too. This self-learning action plan is nothing but career plan.
