I am really in need to know the details of HR policy manual for biomedical research institutes. I need help with policies covering rules in the lab, leave structure, holidays, compensatory leave, working hours for people engaged in scientific research etc.

Remmember to incorporate the Provisions of Sexual Harassment of Woman at Worplace (Prvention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 which apply to all Worplace employing Ten and more workers/Employees.
If your Workplace /Establishment has Ten & more Employees (read Legal Defibnition of Employee in the said Act) you must Constitute Internal Committee and Fulfill Duties of Employer under Section-19 of the said Act 2013.
