Dear Sir, In a case of our company some of the staffs, who were joined and PF also deducted from Apr 2018 but, due to their Aadhaar Date of Birth mismatch we wouldn't added them on that time. Now they rectified their Aadhaar Data and we register them into PF and continue their PF Contribution payment.
So, Please suggest how can we paid their previous months PF Supplement as our company already paid contribution for those months without their contribution. Also suggest if there arise any late fee or penalty for this payments.

Make seperate challans for every months and make payments and also keep in knowledge that the late payment will attract the damage and interest to be paid in addition.
