Hello Everyone! Need a guidance about formation of leave policy. My organisation is in Maharashtra.
I was planning 15 Earn Leave, 8 Sick Leave and 8 casual leaves. But as per Maharashtra Shop and establishments act. Sick leaves are not mandatory.
I am not at all convinced to cancel Sick leave. Kindly Guide.

Hi, Any leave entitlement provided to employees beyond statutory limit is ok and upto the employer. So if your employer is willing to provide additional Sick leave that will be ok.
