I have taken few leaves in Jan 2019 due to Leg surgery and now i have finished my Paid Leaves due to attend some treatments for pregnancy, requested for LOP for next 4 months whenever required, and i'm carrying in 3rd Month now, My HR suggested that they cannot give me LOP till Dec 2019, I'm 36 and my pregnancy is little critical due to age and health issues.
when i said i might need to take some bed rest due to my pregnancy they are asking me to resign and when i said i need medical insurance, they said very softly they cant help as you resign it wont applicable.
I'm working in this company from past 8 years without any complaints.
Please suggest and respond to my inquiry.

I think that your management wants to avoid the sanction of maternity leave in view of the long leave availed of so far.If the reasons cited by you are genuine, you can go on LOP on medical grounds. Any how, Do not resign at any cost. Don't also apply for LOP more than one month at a time. Each spell of LOP applied for shall be authenticated by medical certificate. It is also very important that you inform the fact of pregnancy in your leave applications to pre empt any possible disciplinary action leading to dismissal.

Why are you asking for leave beyond the understanding? You should ask for maternity benefit leave for the pregnency than of leave.
You better make an application for santion of leave unde MB Act with the medical confirmity that you are pregnant and make a copy to the Asst. Labour Commisioner of the locality of your office establishment.
