I work in a Nbfc as branch manager. This is regarding one emi missed by my branch customer. The management and seniors are pressuring me to get the emi anyhow. Couple of days back one collection manager from different city went to customers residence at 8:30 in night and in absence of customer, he abused his mother, wife and daughter (the worse words that you can say to any female) and want back immediately. I was unaware about this incident till customer informed me and threatened to complain in police. Next day I informed the incident to top management but they told me to go and collect the emi anyhow. They are torchring me daily and today night around 10 pm they are asking me to go and sit at customers place. Customer is already so irritated that he has asked to initiate legal action against him and has threatened that he will take legal action for torchuring him.
Now company I torchuring me and my BP has got up drastically. I have put my papers on mail also. This is one incidence I want to share and just to know if employees have any rights I they are for exploitation only.

Even some of the scheduled banks in the private sector are frequently alleged to be involved in arm-twisting in respect of loan defaulters. Therefore, no use in lamenting over such a behavior of NBFCs. But, the poster should not be caught in the cross fire between the defaulter and the Company. This kind of tribulations are usually imposed upon the employees by usurers. If the work culture of an NBFC is unfortunately similar to that of a cruel and extortionate money lender, one employed therein in managerial position would certainly be helpless by all means. Better, the poster should quit and seek some alternative employment elsewhere.
