My company HR prepared FNF amout after my resignation. But I have not signed on no dues documents, so is it possible that some part or full part of the FNF amount will be credited to my account by company?

Hi,
In normal course Full and Final Settlement of an employee to be handed over on the last working day itself. However most of the companies settle the same in 30-45 time frame for administrative reasons like completion of payroll cycle if employee relieved in the middle, checking process at branch and HO level, signing authority not available etc.
Please sign the no dues or clearance certificate as normally account team release the payment after receipt of no dues certificate only. Once you clear the relieving process employer can settle in full or part subject to their internal process.
Hi all If in case FnF amount not given after several reminder what we can do it?
Till 5-6 month FnF not given
