As per the EPF Act, Am only responsible for my employee and my sub contractor labours. My doubts is sub contractor labour are working daily rate with not regular labours. My principle contractor informed your employee and your labour also comes under your EPF code. Daily rate labour are not a regular attendance any other option is available to solve this problem.

For daily rate labour also deduct PF and ESI, even if he works for one day and goes collect his identity documents and remit PF for him, so that you will be on a safer side. For Statutory Complaince under CLRA and Labour acts our team can assisst you.
