Dear Seniors, Earlier we need to display few abstracts near gate for workers.
As new wage bill has been introduced and implemented in 2019 which is combination of following four acts:-
(a) the Payment of Wages Act, 1936;
(b) the Minimum Wages Act, 1948;
(c) the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965; and
(d) the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976.
Now, my concern is still we need to display all four above mentioned abstracts in factory or any new abstract will be introduced instead of four previous abstracts.

This Code on Wages, 2019 Act is yet to be implemented by us after date of applicability notification from the Govt. Thereafter Govt. will frame its Rules. Then we will see the abstracts to be exhibited at the premises under these Rules. Till then wait & continue displaying the already applicable abstracts.

We have only received of Code on Wages 2019 bill Gazette Notification, it is still to be enforce.

In my opinion this Code on Wages, 2019 has now after having the assent of the President of India has become the Act. Plz refer to the Govt. of India Gazette notification dated 08.08.2019 which states that this Act will be made applicable from the date to be notified by the Govt.
