ESIC registration through Shram Suvidha there it is showing that LIN is mandatory

I would like to register for ESIC but when I am doing through Shram Suvidha there it is showing that LIN is mandatory. Can anyone tell the registration procedure. It will be a great help for me.

Very simple proceedure. Open their website (Shram Suvidha) and fill in their questionnaire (registering details ) correctly. LIN will be notified on your system as well as in your mobile no.
LIN is now mandatory.

Need your suggestion & Guidance here In shram suvidha portal we need to change company name, so LIN number will be same or we can create new LIN number.
