Please inform, is this mandatory to submit Form -11 to EPFO under EPF and/or EPS Scheme.

Hi, I think it is not mandatory to submit Form-11 to the EPFO office but employer has to fill it from the employee while his/her joining and maintain it in employee records. Hope it helps.
