Dear Team, I am working as a HR Executive in a company. My company have ESIC benefits for all of our employees. One of our employee is in maternity leave from 20.08.2019. She approach the ESIC for claim their medical expenses and maternity benefits, ESIC said, you can get "NO PAY DURING MATERNITY PERIOD" letter from my company. we shouldn't issue these kind of letter in past. So kindly send a letter format

I would suggest to draft a letter which you intend to communicate to ESIC and share to us which we would validate. This effort by you not only augment your writing skills but also build more confidence in your work.
