There's lot of negativity among the employees regarding PIP or PEP. Putting any employee under PIP creates an negative impact on them & on floor. They feel demotivated. We plan to change the name of PIP to remove fear & negativity, PIP doesn't mean end of employment it an also be for the growth. Pls suggest any other names for PIP or PEP. Thanks!

I would suggest :
Professional Enrichment Program or
Systematic Transformation & Engagement Program (STEP)
While the end objective would be the same, you would have to package it differently to the prospective participants.
