I have a question about centralized bank employees leave policy. Is the employee eligible for sick leave on his/her probationary period? what is the procedure for applying sick leave? please describe.

Sick leave always should be applied with the support of a relevant Medical Certificate. But if the policy of your bank does not allow sick leave during probation period nothing can be done. There is a possibility of both Yes & No. For a genuine sickness that too supported by a MC I don't think your rule would say NO.
