Hi im working in private sector form last 2.5 years as HR, but still im not that confident to in communication. Im very good in communication but if any seniors like VP, SVP ask me some question i don't know what happens to me I'm not able to give proper answer to them on those things which i have very good knowledge. What i suppose to do plz give me some suggestion on this.
Self confidence is lacking in you. All are human beings like you irrespective of their positions in the organisation. Answer the questions without any fear. When you are good in subject there is no need for fear. Be positive and visualise everyday that you are answering your seniors questions casually. All the very best!

You may be working for last 2.5 years but seems you are not involved in your job completely. One can only able to answer, when he has complete information about his work sphere. You can only be confident to communicate, when you have all informations with you.
You may be good in communication but cant answer when relevant knowledge is not with you. Be a practical man, keep tit-bit information of your field(past-present-future). Your answer should be pssive answer ,if asked by VP or SVP.
You may be have fear psychosis. But the solution is only with you. You only know what prevents you while have dialogue with senior. Communication is a skill. Any answer to a particular question would be different for different category. develop self confidence

What Mr. Prabhat Mohanty is expressed is correct. You have to involve yourself in day to day activities and be in touch with all levels of employee to gather all sort of information. You should also have the full knowledge of your department activities. So you are the person who can help yourself.
All the best.

Dear colleague,
You have experienced failures so far in communicating with your seniors and therefore , have developed undue fears. Never mind.
You can surely get over this. You write down the questions asked to you so far and write down the answers as a practical exercise.
Then stand in front of the mirror and rehearse it as if it is live. Talk in the language you are most comfortable with. Keep repeating till you feel confident of yourself .
You approach this with determination and 'I can do it' attitude and success will be yours.
Regards and good luck,
Vinayak Nagarkar
