Due to changes in Minimum wages from July 2019 the basic salary has been changed and it's more affected to Junior level employees who's basic was 5000 - 10000 in between. In the increment process management has changed the salary structure, into that Gross has been increased as per increment % but take home salary has been decreased due to contribution into statutory compliance, they havenít match the take home which is existing.
Can anyone suggest me on this what I can do ahead.
