Dear Team, I am working in HR Department of an Organisation which comes under Shops & Establishment Act. Is it mandatory to maintain HR Department registers? If so, what are the registers to be maintained? How to fill those registers? If suppose, those registers are not updated, will there be any penalty for that? Please guide me.
