Now the Minimum Rates of Wages of Tamilnadu Revised and the Basic Wages and Dearness Allowance also inceased to 8.75 Per Point and is Effective from July 2019.
Zone A:-
Security Guard:- Basic -7996, DA- 4882
Supervisor:- Basic- 10490, DA- 4882
Security Inspector/ Security Officer:- Basic- 12987, DA- 4882
Assistant Security Officer:- Basic- 11561, DA- 4882.
Chief Watchman/ Senior Watchman:- Basic:- 10135, DA- 4882.

i want to prepare a request letter to our client for Rate revision letter according to state government revised minimum wages. please give some letter format accoudingly.

From Where I Can Get The Minimum Wages Rate for all over India And date of changes in minimum wages & guard board rate.

Hi

Each state has its own notification date for DA Points

Eg. Maharashtra is Jan & July
AP, Telangana, UP, Rajasthan is April & Oct
Karnataka & Tamil Nadu is annual - Every year April
Apart from DA Points there will be revision of Basic wages once in every 5 years or as per the state notification
To get such changes need to keep following respective state gazette notifications

Only Maharashtra has Guard Board & Rates are fixed through guard board & other states doesn't have such board but they have schedule of wages for Sucurity
