I have 2 years of Talent Acquisition work experience along with experience in allied HR functions. I also had done consultancy of setting up an HR department, policies & procedure for a management institution.
I had to leave industry some 8 years ago, on account of some personal reasons & move to academics (9 years as an HR faculty in addition to soft skills training) , however I am now inclined to shift myself back to the industry i.e Core HR profile .
I am facing challenges in terms of getting a relevant profile. Does me being into academics for so long creating a hurdle? . Can some expert pl guide me how to crack this as seriously looking forward to contribute to the HR fraternity .
