Can anybody help me regarding social security act. Our organisation registered under PF & ESI scheme. Some of our employee not willing to cover under PF scheme but agree to contribute in ESI scheme. Is that possible employee wish to cover only ESI scheme...

Hi,
PF & ESI coverage is not at the discretion of Employer /Employee's choice. It is statutory and need to follow compulsorily if the Organization fall the under the purview of ESI/PF as per applicability criteria.
If you are from HR, you can explain to your employees about the benefits of PF/Pension.
