Dear sir
I have resigned from co and clearly mention the date of notice period 12 days, manger reply to submit noc letter from dealers for smooth releaving.
I have submitted the noc letter of dealers, but now they are not providing my f&f amount. Saying that one dealer payment is due.
Pls suggest me what should i do now.

Delay from dealer in remittances has no connection with your F and F.Management is being nasty and unhelpful to an exiting employee.
If they do not release your dues, then think in terms of legal action.First try to meet higher officials and keep your discussions in writing and acknowledged. These acknowledgements can be useful if you have to approach courts(Last resort).
What was your role in the Company ? Why NOC is required from Dealers? Does your role involve any cash handling between Company and Dealers. Not sure. If any uncleared funds to be settled with the company based on your role and responsibility then employer may hold the FF. However talk to your HR or Employer and sort it out amicably.
I worked there as an Area sales manager, noc is required by the co just to know that there is no issue to dealers with me and there is no cash transaction in any form.
