Hello there,
There are two cycles in PF account contribution, so one of those cycle will ends in Sept of every year so whom ever will not come under ESI slab can delete their names; so from Oct-19 you can delete the incremented employee name from ESI

@Prashant7700 :-
As per the rules of this I, there are 02 contribution periods. April to September and October to March. If the salary of an employee increases between these two contributions, his contribution will be credited for the extended contribution period. That is, if there is an increase in salary between April to September or between October and March, then the contribution will be deposited till the respective contribution period and after that contribution period the contribution of that employee will stop.

In today's time all social security act is linked with aadhaar number, so if your friends don't tell their old UAN number then when they will be registered for new UAN and they will have KYC then-
"His name is already registered in another UAN number" will come like this. And they may also face problems in future profits.

Dear Colleague,

Contribution period Corresponding Cash Benefit period

Contribution Period Cash Benefit Period
1st April to 30th Sept. 1st Jan of the following year to 30th June
1st Oct to 31st March of the year following. 1st July to 31st December.

In the present case the employee and employer has to contribute for the entire contribution period and then exit

All the Best and God Bless
