Today i have a query regarding most frequently asked question i.e. HR Generalist profile includes what?
What can be done by HR Generalist for the Sales Team so that they can benefited out of it.
I belong to a recruitment industry and got opportunity to work with well known education firm. i got an opportunity to handle two recruiters under me only looks after sales recruitment. so my job now is purely into generalist profile. i have done Sales Appraisal, Employee record & Code generation, Employee grievance handling, birthdays celebrations, recruitment strategy & planning, target achievement parties done by management, Exit interviews for sales team, festival celebration at office.
At the time of new joinees, we provide uniform and laptop to employee
Currently looking forward to get into training part and understand what changes can be made to make it more better.
Please give me suggestion for what else i can do for sales team for better employee engagement & output from there end.
