Need a help regarding death and disablement eligibility & benefits in labour laws.
Questions are below :
1. Which labour laws offer benefits for above employees?
2. If an employee gets permanent disabled/Partially Disabled or Death how much benefit and from which labour laws will he get.
3. If an employee gets disabled-permanent/Partial or dies after joining an establishment within 20 days of joining, lets say he was a new joinee. Will he be eligible or not, if not then what's eligibility?
In other case if he has worked before in a Company for 3 years with PF & ESI.
In other case PF & ESIC was not provided by precious company.
3(A). What if the person completes 5 months with PF & ESIC as a fresher.
But in another case without PF & ESIC as a fresher.
