I was working in China based company in Bangalore for almost 9 months, no problem with work, my GM of the company is from other state, I am not happy with my GM, because he was targeting the employees, talking bad about them with others and removing them one by one. Even he was misbehaving with few ladies in the company, even me. One of the female staff left job because of his harassment. Even sent mail to VP in china, but no action taken.
One day one Sr. manager found guilty of taking drinking water can from the company very rarely, which I knew it and I warned the Sr. Manager, after which he stopped taking the cans. After many months one day Sr. manager took one can during sunday from the company as he was not getting in any where in the shops.
Next day GM called that Sr. Manager and terminated him, later he called me also, i said i knew the matter in the beginning and warned the Sr. manager, but this sunday taking water can i dont know.
Next day GM sent me warning mail, which I dint not like it and I resigned from the position, for which my GM asked me to leave the company on the same day and said that he will give me one month notice pay. Now I am jobless since 2 months.
Now i want to give him legal notice on him, stating he is doing sexual harassment in the company. Doing injustice to the local people as he brings people from his state and gives them more importance, salary, position and employees feel job insecurity.
I already complained to the top management, but no action till now. Kindly advice what I can do, to get justice.
