#AnonymousIf the company does not mentioned what is the notice period employee should serve, then which law will apply ?
if the Employee serve the notice Period of 2 months after his resignation mail, as per stranded is ok
any rule exist that state the employee should complete certain period of time if the employer is provided the notice period in the offer letter and employee as not signed any document.
