Hi sir,
I am a full time employer of NTT DATA GLOBAL Delivery ,HYD since 1 year.
Due to some personal intentional reasons my Team Lead /Manager intentionally put me in PIP (Performance Improvement Plan).As i was being busy i didn't went through all the rules, but i took it as positive to improve my skills through this program PIP .
Later realizing my superiors/Employers real voice i come to know , i have been fired DUE TO POOR Performance /Failed in PIP(where PIP was set to un reachable to prove /get passed from PIP).
Now HR is forcefully /harassed to put my papers & not even giving me chance to search for another JOB, where i have all EMI Payments, Old age parents + small kid all are depended on my Salary.
I requested honestly /humbly to give me at least 1/2 months to get another JOB.
But Employer/HR Harassing me to quit in 1 week.
Really as being 5 years work experience in IT Industry i didn't see this kind of Unethical+unlawful behavior with any organizations.
Kindly help me to have my rights to see justification.

Hi Parameshwar You have filled the application against company and manager , in labour office and file the case.

I personally feel that there should be some hidden reasons behind the screen which either you are not aware or not shared here. As the employer is not willing to accommodate you there is no point of fighting with them legally. Rather talk to your HR and request to make salary payment as per your employment terms, in lieu of your notice period and ensure proper relieving. Since you were with them for short period of one year, start looking for new offer. At times when things are not happening the way we like, we should ignore it and keep moving exploring new options. Your career is not going to end with that company. Wish you all the best!

Do not worry, there is a lot more to come on your way ....
If one door closes means other few doors are already opened somewhere.
All you need to find out where it is....
Identify a Be cool and calm place...
Do not inform to anyone...
It is a right time to talk to you more and more...
and analyse and understand yourself more ...
No looking back and MOVE FORWARD is the best suited Manthra that will keep alive and move alive

You must write a mail to company`s owner/ MD/ CEO regarding your situation and how they are treating you . Also keep HR Head of Corp office (or office where are you working).
Also keep searching for new opportunity (do not disclose the reason why you are searching.) currently where i am working i had seen same thing happening to many good performers even .
