What type services you have got outsourced or given? Is it manpower supply counterpart or any tech.input involved? You extended service of your person on your pay roll to your client, am I correct. How do you go about the candidate's salary payment if you take him on your payroll, works in your clients' premises and at the rate fixed by you. May be you would add your charges + taxes and raise invoice for reimbursement. Right? What's the duration & separation benefits ?
