Hello Friends can someone advice me on how to draft HR policies for a startup IT firm, also the compliance to be adhered like registration, labor laws

Please prepare draft HR Manual which will have all HR policies right from working hours, dress code, leave policy, welfare measures being followed, misconduct and disciplinary action, salaries, performance appraisal etc and then submit for correction if any. If your company come under the purview of shops and establishment act please refer the same for labour documents to be maintained.
