Dear Team, I have worked last five years in XXX company in Chennai they have remitted EPF for four years only last one year they not remitted the EPF amount . I Joined a new company six months before , now I am transfer my EPF from Previous company to new Company through member poratal. Now my transfer is rejected by the EPF Authority due not remittance of the previous company . Any one please help on this issue to how the transfer the EPF Account .

Hope you have provided UAN number to your current organization and filled EPF form No. 11 and form no. 13 too.
Even if there is a problem in the transfer of your EPF account, then HR has to write a letter to PF office in this respect along with your document.
IF required, you have to visit PF office along with all the documents of previous and current organization. Problem can easily be resolved.
In such kind of issues, HR of the organization can play a major role to resolve issues.
