I am working in a manufacturing industry where I am exposed to employee grievances all the day mostly. rest I do attendance , then payroll at the end of the month. my salary is 15000 and i thought i will 15000 monthly, but after all deductions i am only getting 12500 as take home. and when i ask about this they said you are on ctc mode which they never told me during joining . There are no casual leaves provided every month , leave in month is deduction from salary itself. Is this against the rule.
