I am in a company which generally don't pay the last month salary whenever a employee gives resignation before 1 month(notice period is 15days). Even if salary is given after 15-20 days delay from salary date(1st day of month). I am not going to mention about mental stress & work pressure, no time schedule(8-10hr working without overtime).
Now my question is "Should I leave the company without any notice period ?"
N.B. : I have 20 days of leave balance.
